Since its inception, Gardi Vidyapith focuses on the holistic development of our students by encouraging them to reason outside their comfort zones by imparting sound conceptual knowledge coupled with skill building and value-added programmes. Faculty Achievement

  • Prof. Monika Shah (H.O.D) - With admirable leadership skills, she is successfully leading the Faculty Team, demonstrating her prowess in guiding and inspiring her colleagues. Additionally, she provided invaluable mentorship to a team of participants during the regional round of "New India - Vibrant Hackathon-2023" held at R K University, Rajkot. Demonstrating a commitment to student success, she is providing guidance and mentorship to students working on projects for SSIP 2.0, fostering innovation and skill development.
  • Prof. Jalpesh Ghumaliya (H.O.D) - Demonstrating admirable leadership skills, he effectively leads the Faculty Team, showcasing his ability to guide and inspire colleagues with proficiency and dedication.
  • Prof. Jay Vekariya - from Civil Engineering Department presented a ground-breaking paper in 11th International Conference on Transformation in Engineering Education at (ICTIEE) 2024 held at KLE Technological University, Hubballi; in association with Indo Universal Collaboration of Engineering Education (IUCEE).
  • Dr. Vimal N Patel, Prof. Jay Kapadiya, Prof. Jay Vekariya, Prof. Rahul parmar - A case study of students' skill development through the project carried out for sustainable development of rural area for transformation to urbanization
  • Prof. Chirag P. Sanchania(HoD) - With the great skills of leadership and vision, he is leading the team of faculties of Department of Humanities and Sciences (DHS). Moreover, as a specialization in Mathematics, he has completed a 5 days FDP on Universal Human Values offered by AICTE. Also attended a Gujarat Ganit Mandal Conference at IITE-Gandhinagar.
  • Prof. Yashasvi B. Shah - With holding specialization in VLSI, she is giving the example of great determination towards her work. In addition to this, being a faculty she has successfully completed IUCEE International Engineering Educator, a three-day workshop. Moreover, she has completed self-paced training course on MATLAB Onramp, 24 courses from digital learning platforms in a variety of areas, including engineering, mathematics, English, etc. Adding more stars in the list of achievements, she has flourished student exchange program from KANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY, USA and passed the IELTS exam with overall 7 bands.

Student Achievement

  • Tesseract-15 at PDPU Achievement of Mechanical Student
  • 'Virat Patel, Palak Chandarana, Priyank Motivaras and Bhavik Manek triumph' students of 3rd sem-CSE achieved 5th Position in 36 hours coding event "Hackathon-2015" organized by GTU on 27th - 28th Oct, 2015.
  • Mr. Chintan Chapla, a student of Master of Engineering has secured 1st rank in the Final Examination of 3rd semester-2014 conducted by GTU.
  • Madhumita Dhara achieved 1st rank in 8th Semester Examination, 2013
  • Students of Mechanical Engineering participated in ASME HPVC-2014 at IIT Delhi and achieved 2nd rank in endurance& 3rd in speed category. Further the team was also awarded by GTU I scale award in the presence of Dr. Akshai Aggrawal, VC GTU
  • Dhaval Atri, a former student of Gardi Vidyapith prepared project titled “Web Scrapping REST based web Services” which was selected in top 14 of GTU.
  • Nawaz Ghodi, a student of Gardi Vidyapith was elected as a member at large in SDOB (Student District Operating Board) for ASME India Section
  • Jijo Christuds appointed as a Zonal Reprehensive for Zone-1 comprising of Jharkhand & Punjab at ASME SPDC held at BITS Pilani
  • Chitrang Vyas, final year B.E Electrical Student was awarded winner’s trophy of Devang Mehta Excellence Award 2014 in English Communication
  • Kinnar Patel, Ankit Ramiliya and Paras Sampat stood 2nd runner’s up in Dead Model Category in National Level Model Making Competition at FLARE, organized by PDPU
  • More than 35 students of Gardi Vidyapith have successfully qualified in Coursera
  • 9 students have been selected for national level Merit Cum Means scholarship and 5 students have been selected at state level.
