The Management has all the rights to cancel your admission in the hostel any time. No fees will be returned.
The Management reserves the right to impose appropriate fine on the students for breach of discipline in the hostel.
Every Semester you have to take New Admission in the hostel. Hostel Semester will be 1st July to 31st Dec. and 1 Jan. to 30th June.
Ragging in any form is illegal and is strictly prohibited. Severe action with punishment including imprisonment will be taken against those who indulge in such activities.
No student will be allowed to stay in the hostel without formal admission.
The inmate of the hostel should not normally stay in the hostel during college working hours. Incase they have to stay in the premises due to sickness, they should apply for leave as per college rules, informing warden, the reasons your staying in the hostel during working hours.
The management have no responsibility for any damage or loss happened inside or outside the campus to the hostellers.
Students securing less than 90% attendance in a semester will not be permitted to stay in the hostel.
The inmates are advised to take care of hostel property and not cause damage to any hostel property. The cost damages caused in the room or in the premises will be recovered from the student.
Electrical switches must be put off, whenever not required / while going out of room. Water tapes should be closed after the use.

The inmates must strictly adhere to the timings of the mess.
The inmate will automatically become the member of mess. The hostel is not available for lodging alone.
Food will not be served in the rooms and inmates are not allowed to take food to their rooms.
Cooking of any types of food in the hostel is not permitted.
Strict discipline in the dining hall should be maintained and food is not to be shared from the same plate / wasted / thrown here and there.

All the students may be allowed to go out at their own risk after obtaining “Out pass / Permission” from the warden. They are also required to record time for departure & arrival in the register maintained for this purpose at the hostel.
For overnight stay outside including week ends, prior written approval of Warden is required at least 24 hours in advance.
Girl student can stay out overnight only, if their parents / authorized local guardians personally collect them from the hostel.
Boys students are allowed to go out side hostel 1st & 3rd Sunday and Girls students are allowed to go Outside on 2nd & 4th Sunday
Students availing out pass shall return to the hostel latest by 08.00 p.m. however, in case of a girl student, she must return by 07.00 p. m

Visitors namely parents/blood relations may visit a student in the guest room, only.
Visitor/Guest is not permitted to visit the leaving room of the hostellers. However, they may be entertained in common room.
Day scholars, friends, Parents/Guests are not permitted to enter/stay in the hostel.
Parents should come on Sunday only to meet their wards.
Parents & Visitors when every asked, identity should be proved at the campus gate either with election card, driving license etc.

Students are not permitted to smoke, tobacco, consume alcoholic drinks, or consume non – vegetarian food items in the hostel room nor shall they be in possession of any narcotics/drugs.
Those students fond indulging in the same or in the possession of these items shall face severe disciplinary action.
COLLEGE IS A STRICTLY VEGETARIAN INSTITUTION.
Fire arms, knives or such other weapons are strictly prohibited.

First aid Medical Kit is available with the Hostel Warden and the students can make use of it when need arise.
In case of the hostler feels sick the Hostel Warden will take the student to the nearest Dispensary for treatment.
In case of complications fellow student’s parents or guardians will be called to take care of them.

No private party shall be organized by any student in the college hostel. However, with prior permission of Registrar students may celebrate their Birthday Parties in the common area of the mess for the duration of 45 minutes only. Without any music.
These rules are subject to revise and shall be amended as and when deemed necessary by the director. And will be abide to all students and parents.
The management will not be responsible for any accident, Damage or loss with the students while they are out of Hostel Campus.
