The Cell: Constitution and Functions
T & P Cell plays a key role in the present era of globalization and knowledge economy. It is the cutting edge between graduates and market. The College T & P Cell is headed by a full fledged T & P Officer of the rank of Assistant Professor, well supported by Department-wise Training Committees consisting of two faculty advisors and 10 student´s representatives. The Cell is well equipped with education technology facilities like LCD, e-Learning, Internet and also maintains a good library of resources books for self development and job search.

• To prepare students for aptitude and other competitive examinations/tests like GATE, GRE, IAS, etc.


• To train students in such areas as PI, GD, Soft-skills, Life-long-learning, communication skills, negotiations.


• To guide students for CVs, a Unique Selling Proposition(USP), team building, interpersonal relationships, leadership, career counseling and career mapping etc.


• To organize industry expert´s talks, IPD programs, and need-based add-on programs for students/faculty/Industry personnel.


• Liaison and cordial relations with such bodies as Local/State/Central Government, local and other industrial houses, T & P Cells, R & D organizations, etc.


• To provide necessary arrangements for conduct of placement tests/interviews with excellent hospitality to company´s officers visiting the College for Campus Placement.


• To organize training programs for personal effectiveness of girl students.


• To work in harmony with other Cells of the College, namely, Industry Institute Interaction, R & D and Enterpreneurship Development Cell.


• To publish bi-monthly News Letter incorporating achievement, events. Etc., of other Cells and College.
