The course commences with the role of travel agent and airlines in the hotel industry and the functions of a front office. The course then goes on to discuss the various functional areas of front office-Information, Reception, Reservation, Telephones and Lobby. It also covers the various job positions-front office assistant, front office cashier, night auditor and lobby staff.
