The Front Office is the first and last point of contact with every guest and thus it plays a vital role in image building.
The course teaches you the role and responsibility of each component of the Front Office of a hotel. The course commences with the role of travel agent and airlines in the hotel industry and the functions of a front office. The course then goes on to discuss the various functional areas of front office-Information, Reception, Reservation, Telephones and Lobby. It also covers the various job positions-front office assistant, front office cashier, night auditor and lobby staff.
